JOB VACANCY:- SALES & PROCUREMENT

We are seeking for talents as part of our sales department team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new business opportunities
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Involve in sourcing activities, request for quotation, commercial and contract negotiation.
- Managed and work closely with client and supplier on daily basis
- Follow up delivery status to ensure on time delivery.
- Involve in import and export shipping arrangements (invoice, BL, packing list, customs forms and documentations).
- Work closely with forwarders and customs on clearance.
- Liaise with local and international supplier.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business Admin or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of working experience.
- Excellent in English communication skills and writing are a must
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Detailed and deadline-oriented person.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to speak in English very well
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,excel)
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
