Person Specification

• At least 1-3 year’s previous experience working in front line retail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible with regards to working hours and must be available throughout the week, Sunday – Saturday, Friday Off.
• Smart appearance.
• To personally provide excellent standards of selling & customer service by:

1. Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers.
2. Understanding and demonstrating customer care and high levels of customer service
3. Displaying good listening skills to identify customer needs
4. Confidently making and closing sales
