FORKLIFT DRIVER

To be used barge (tongkang/platform) - OffShore

Casa Armada Sdn Bhd

• Able to handling 7 Tonnes Forklift.
• The driver shall compliant with EM 6+1 drug policy.
• The driver familiar with Take PPE Requirement.
• (Safety Helmet, Safety Glass, Fire retardant coverall, Safety shoes, Safety glove and Ears Protection).
• Driver for offshore installation works shall have valid: 

       1. Offshore Safety passport (M-BOISET CERTIFICATION).

       2. Medical Certificate (Fitness for work certification).

       3. LPS Training Certification d)Forklift driver must have valid driving license                and operator license.
