Sales & Marketing Executive diperlukan

Taking care of Sales and Marketing aspects of the Company's property developments, such as :

1. To handle all sales related matters e.g. queries from prospects, liaise with Bankers and Lawyers, etc.
2. To provide timely reports on sales activities.
3. Ensure smooth operation of the sales gallery and sales office.
4. To provide good sales and after sales service to customers.
5. Participate in direct marketing activities and launching such as exhibition and road shows.
6. Assist in market survey including understanding and compile customers' feedback and requirement.
7. Preparation of marketing materials and kits.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in the property sales / marketing activities in property industry.
• Experience in marketing residential developments is preferred.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Customer service oriented, matured and trustworthy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
• Willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
