Business Development Executive, 

SME Banking 

(based at Kemaman, Terengganu)

Responsibilities:

• Acquire portfolio of SME customers proactively to achieve own business target
• Prospect for new SME customers and support sales activities to achieve the branch business
• Manage and enhance existing customers portfolio
• Originate credit proposals and ad-hoc requests received from customers within Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) standard service
• Liaison with other units, peers and outside parties to provide seamless solutions to customers’ banking needs
• Enhance customer profitability

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to think creatively, results oriented and displays consistent performance
• Able to perform work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels
