Kertih Terminals Sdn. Bhd. (KTSB) is a joint venture company between PETRONAS Chemicals Group Bhd (40%), Dialog Equity Sdn Bhd (30%) and Vopak Terminals Penjuru Pte Ltd (30%). KTSB is a service oriented logistics company in providing centralized tankage facilities for various petrochemical plants at PETRONAS Petroleum Industrial Complex in Kerteh, Terengganu Darul Iman, Malaysia. KTSB was incorporated on 5th April 1997 and we have employed l more than 170 employees to manage and operate our 42 storage tanks with the total capacity in excess of 400,000 cubic meters. With excellent prospects for long-term stability and growth, the company invites qualified individual to apply for the following positions based in Kerteh, Terengganu:-

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities: 

• Administer Customer Service Assistants functionally and administratively. 
• Liase, coordinate and assist customers in all matters to ensure customers’ requests or issue are resolved.
• Answer inquiries and handle complaints from customers in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies. Coordinate with the operations team on the investigations. 
• Examine and perform relevant transactions in SAP/PEPI and extract key information to initiate work process order and flow of documentation to ensure a smooth operation as expected by the customer. 
• Reconcile and prepare daily, monthly and yearly and ad-hoc reports to customers so as to ensure customers’ products are well stored and products’ inventories variances are minimized. 

Requirements: 

• Possess at least Diploma, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
• Minimum experience of 2 years in tank terminal operations is an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality with good communication, interpersonal, presentation and supervisory skills. 
• Good command in English, both oral and written.
• Experienced in SAP and JD Edwards system is an added advantage.
• Meticulous and analytical, should also possess lots of initiative, drive and pride in getting the job right the first time.
• Willing to work long hours.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline. 
• Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
