"Account Assistant"
.
• Handle Account Payable – payment voucher, supplier contra account, monthly expenses and etc.
° handle pettycash
° handle invoicing to clients
• Assist in data entry, filling of documents for record-keeping.
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
° knowledgeable on corporate Internet banking
Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least diploma or degree.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
• Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Must have high attention to details, accuracy, proactive and able to multitask.
