Procurement / HR Assistant

Introduction

Seeking for 1 to 3 years experiences of the respective position,
Shall be based in Kemaman and Serving for Oil & Gas industries, petro-chemical plant, etc

Requirement ;-

1. At least posses any certificate in Engineering, Science, etc
2. Capable for managing the SUS, SAP, E-PROP, etc system
3. Good written, and verbal communication in English
4. Good in applying any Window, Microsoft Office, etc
5. Ex-static, hardworking, fast learner, and might contribute new ideas for company growth 

Salary range :-

1. Based on experiences
2. Starting from Rm1200

Availability :-

1. Notice within 1 to 2 weeks

Scope of Works :-

1. Shall reporting duty to the Director of the company
2. Tender, and quotation preparation
3. Inventory 
4. Time sheet, offer letter, fax cover preparation
5. Prepare the DO, PO, INVOICE, etc
